ADHIKR

The Night in which Adhikr—the Balance to judge everyone’s Destiny—is sent down is known as the “Night of fixing the Destiny”. As explained in verse 85:22, Adhikr, which had been kept in the Well-guarded Tablet in the Paradise, was sent down that night to “Baithul Izzath”, which is the Khibla—the concentration point—of the first heaven. Then the revelation of Adhikr was completed to Messenger Muhammad step by step within twenty-three years at different times through Angel Jibreel. See explanation 44:3 and 52:2-4.
